Dragon Boat Race 2017 – The Results

Well done to everyone who participated and came to support, again in the rain! We hope our new employees enjoyed the day, both fun for adults and children! And we didn’t capsize this time!!!
In fact we came a very respectable 26th out of 48. Not Bad.
Thank you to Gable Events for co-ordinating, and our friendly competitors – you know who you are. A great day out for a great cause…
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) is the only charity dedicated to making a difference for patients at Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals. Whether it’s treatment for an emergency, acute condition, pregnancy or long term illness, we believe that every patient deserves the highest quality of care available. With the help of many generous supporters, we have provided funds so that your local hospitals can offer the very best care day after day, year after year.
The aim is to continue to support the hospitals by raising funds for cutting edge technology, additional specialist services, vital research and extra comforts for patients that make all the difference over and above what would be possible through NHS funding alone.
