Upon arrival the team will be introduced to you and your family. Prior to any moving taking place, your carpet banisters and doors will be protected with specialist coverings.

This same care will happen at your new house prior to moving your furniture in. These covers will give optimum protection for your existing and new property.

Inside doors are protected with special fitted door covers and as well as protecting your house we also use padded covers along side our specialist removal blankets to protect three piece suites, dining tables and chairs, washing machines and other white goods.

Procedure

With over 35 years of knowledge behind us, we have picked up on various techniques that have proved very successful for us and our customers.

Our domestic removals will usually follow the same procedure:

One of our estimators will visit you at home to discuss your requirements. if you then choose to use our services, our estimator will then see your move through all of the way.

The quotation we provide will contain a suggested removal plan, which will outline how the move will proceed, whilst also detailing and special requirements.

Whether your move is local or international, we will offer a bespoke service, which can include the following range of services:-

• Complete packing service - All possessions packed by our professionals.
• Fragile item packing - We will pack all fragile items and leave all standard items.
• Packaging materials - We simply provide the materials for packaging.
• Insurance cover

During the whole packing and moving process your possessions and home will be treated with maximum care and attention.
