- Pre-move briefing allowing our move manager to understand the requirements – our quotation staff predominantly use Electric cars to visit your property in line with our Environmental policy
- Once requirements understood, our move manager guided the customer to ensure the most efficient and safest move
- Recycling or re-homing of unwanted furniture
- De-clutter service in line with our Environment policy
- Valuation of your goods for insurance purposes prior to move day
- Parking permits arranged at initial property
- Accessible storage for specific items
- Providing comprehensive packing materials. Packing cartons are made from 100% recycles materials and recycled and the end of their life
- Provided a full packing service including Fragile for all other items
- Clothing packed using special wardrobe cartons with fitted rails
- Sofas and arm chairs inserted into large protective bags
- AV equipment or artwork transported in suitable flight cases
On The Day
- On site move manager to organise your move days
- Use of EURO6 engine vehicles to minimise the impact on the environment
- Liaised with neighbours regarding best parking and area for move to limit disruption
- A cleaning service integrated at the time of your move at both properties
- Staff disassembled and reassembled furniture, hang curtain poles and provided the option for hanging mirrors and artwork
